Integrative psychiatry goes beyond simple symptom management to uncover the deeper factors influencing your mental health, such as nutrient imbalances, inflammation, or lifestyle stressors. Our treatment plans combine thoughtful medication management with functional lab testing, nutritional guidance, and holistic mind-body strategies. This approach is ideal for those who want more than prescriptions alone; it’s for those ready to restore balance, resilience, and long-term mental health and wellbeing.

Internal Family
Systems Therapy (IFS)

IFS is based on the premise that as we move and grow throughout our lives, we develop different "parts" of ourselves—or aspects of our personalities—that help us to survive and adapt in our environments. Some of these parts can outlive their usefulness or become maladaptive. IFS supports individuals in recognizing their parts as distinct from their core selves, enabling them to release feelings of shame and create a more compassionate internal environment. This approach helps individuals cultivate a deeper sense of inner peace and wholeness.

Filling Out Form

Dialectical Behavior
Therapy (DBT)

DBT is a structured, evidence-based psychotherapy approach that combines cognitive-behavioral techniques with mindfulness practices. DBT helps individuals build skills in four key areas: mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. It is especially helpful for those struggling with intense emotions, relationship challenges, or impulsive behaviors. DBT supports clients in creating balance, resilience, and healthier coping strategies.

Couples
Therapy

Couples Therapy is a service that focuses specifically on couples and relationships. Marriage counselors, known as LMFTs, are specifically trained to help couples understand the strengths and complexities of their unique attachment, to learn to be present with each other's experiences and begin to create space for empathy, hard work and resolution. If you want to experience improved communication, deeper understanding & intimacy and authentic connection in your relationship, couples therapy can help.

Eyes

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is an evidence-based approach that helps individuals process and heal from traumatic experiences, distressing memories, and negative beliefs. Through guided bilateral stimulation—such as eye movements or tapping—EMDR helps the brain reprocess stuck memories, reducing emotional intensity and allowing for new, healthier perspectives. Many people find EMDR effective for trauma, anxiety, grief, phobias, and other challenges that impact daily life.

Toy Brain

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a goal-oriented, evidence-based approach that helps individuals identify and shift unhelpful, negative thought patterns and behaviors. It is a time limited approach that focuses on the relationship between thoughts, feelings and behaviors. By learning practical tools and strategies, CBT supports people in more effectively managing symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma while fostering healthier ways of thinking and coping in daily life.

Ketamine Integrated Therapy (KIP)

Ketamine Integrated Therapy (KIP) is in the forefront of the recent psychedelic-assisted therapy research, found to be transformational for many experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, addictive & self-destructive behaviors and suicidality. On its own, a single ketamine treatment can produce effects that significantly improve mental health functioning and symptoms. With the addition of concurrent KIP, those treatments are shown to have a deeper and more integrative long-term impact.

Injection on forearm

Ketamine Infusions
(provided in Chantilly, VA)

Ketamine Infusions offer new hope for those struggling with treatment resistant depression, anxiety, or PTSD, especially when standard treatments haven’t provided relief. This innovative therapy works by enhancing neuroplasticity, the brain’s ability to form new pathways, which often leads to rapid improvements in mood and opens the door to true healing. Administered in a safe, supportive and comfortable setting, every ketamine infusion is closely monitored by an experienced provider, helping you turn breakthroughs into lasting change.
